Amanda Palmer Arrested in Amsterdam
Smoking pot -- totally ok. Playing ukulele in public? An offense that will get you arrested. Complain about the USA if you want to, I often do, but at least we don't typically arrest street ukulele performers.
In America, we do it the other way around -- arrest pot smokers and applaud ukulele performers. I have heard stories of street performers getting fines in the US, which is deplorable, but never arrested.
